Description

A delicious vegan twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring creamy layers and the distinct flavor of Biscoff cookies.


Ingredients

  • Biscoff cookies
  • Vegan cream cheese
  • Coconut milk
  • Icing sugar
  • Coffee

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool. Optionally, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder for extra flavor.
  2. Mix the vegan cream cheese with the coconut milk and icing sugar in a large bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until fluffy and creamy.
  3. Dip the first Biscoff cookies briefly in the cooled coffee – they should be soft but not soggy. Place the cookies in the baking dish, followed by a generous layer of the prepared cream. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cream.
  4. Dust the top layer with cocoa powder or crushed Biscoff cookies for a touch of elegance.
  5. Chill the tiramisu for at least 240 minutes in the fridge, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
