Ingredients
- Biscoff cookies
- Vegan cream cheese
- Coconut milk
- Icing sugar
- Coffee
Instructions
- Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool. Optionally, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder for extra flavor.
- Mix the vegan cream cheese with the coconut milk and icing sugar in a large bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until fluffy and creamy.
- Dip the first Biscoff cookies briefly in the cooled coffee – they should be soft but not soggy. Place the cookies in the baking dish, followed by a generous layer of the prepared cream. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cream.
- Dust the top layer with cocoa powder or crushed Biscoff cookies for a touch of elegance.
- Chill the tiramisu for at least 240 minutes in the fridge, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
