Description

Crispy Graham cracker crust layered with rich Philadelphia cream cheese and topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for strawberries)
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter in a large bowl.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form a compact crust.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the Graham cracker crust.
  6. Bake the bars for 25-30 minutes until firm, but not dry.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.
  8. Combine sliced strawberries with sugar and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Top the cooled bars with sweet strawberries and whipped cream.
  10. Serve well chilled for maximum enjoyment.

Notes

Make the bars a day in advance for enhanced flavor. Can be prepared in an air fryer adjusting the temperature and time.
