- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar (for strawberries)
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the Graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter in a large bowl.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form a compact crust.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the Graham cracker crust.
- Bake the bars for 25-30 minutes until firm, but not dry.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.
- Combine sliced strawberries with sugar and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Top the cooled bars with sweet strawberries and whipped cream.
- Serve well chilled for maximum enjoyment.
Notes
Make the bars a day in advance for enhanced flavor. Can be prepared in an air fryer adjusting the temperature and time.
