Description

Delicious pizza rolls filled with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni, perfect for snacking or sharing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until even.
  2. Spread mozzarella and pepperoni evenly over the dough, leaving the edges free.
  3. Roll the dough carefully to encase the filling and pinch the ends to seal.
  4. Cut the roll into 5 cm pieces for even cooking.
  5. Place the pieces on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Optionally, sprinkle oregano on top.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a crispier texture, try using an air fryer instead, reducing cooking time to 10-12 minutes at 200°C.
