Delicious pizza rolls filled with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni, perfect for snacking or sharing.

- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until even.
- Spread mozzarella and pepperoni evenly over the dough, leaving the edges free.
- Roll the dough carefully to encase the filling and pinch the ends to seal.
- Cut the roll into 5 cm pieces for even cooking.
- Place the pieces on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Optionally, sprinkle oregano on top.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For a crispier texture, try using an air fryer instead, reducing cooking time to 10-12 minutes at 200°C.
